It's completely normal for natural eyelashes to come off from time to time, like all body hair. Don't be alarmed if this happens while using extensions. When eyelash extensions start to fall out, it's important to remove them professionally. First of all, we strongly recommend that you simply let your eyelashes grow.
This will naturally cause your extensions to fall out on their own without having to tear out your eyelashes with them. Since each eyelash extension is attached to a single eyelash, they will fall out naturally along with each eyelash's natural growth cycle. We recommend a retouch every three to four weeks. Eyelash extensions are a very delicate beauty treatment that, if removed incorrectly, can damage natural eyelashes.
If you prefer to stay away from the steam and oil method or if you tried it but thought it didn't work, there are specialized products you can buy to help remove adhesive from eyelash extensions. I really felt like I had all the benefits of eyelash extensions: I loved the look of the extensions and how they really simplified my daily beauty routine. However, we understand that not everyone has the patience to wait for this to happen and we prefer to remove our eyelash extensions properly to avoid putting them on throughout the day. To avoid damaging natural eyelashes, eyelash extensions must be carefully selected (length and thickness) and correctly applied to one natural eyelash at a time.
If, unfortunately, an eyelash technician made your eyelash extensions that didn't apply them correctly and made one of the three mistakes above (extensions that were too heavy, sticky, or nail tips), your natural eyelashes could be damaged. Taking these two variables into account will allow you to select an eyelash extension that is balanced with natural eyelashes. When eyelash extensions are applied correctly, they must absolutely respect the natural growth cycle of natural eyelashes. Since the glue used in beauty salons is durable, it takes a little effort to break the bond between natural eyelashes and extensions.
Eyelash extensions won't cause your natural lashes to fall out faster than normal; natural eyelashes simply follow their growth cycle. When you carefully respect the growth cycle of your natural eyelashes, eyelash extensions will not cause any harm to your natural eyelashes. There is no need to give your natural lashes a break between eyelash extension sessions when applied correctly. Eyelash extensions should be done by a professional eyelash technician if you want to avoid ruining your natural eyelashes.
